At last a completely
new model from Samba for F3J, F3B and possibly even F3F.
In June 2001 Samba
finished the foam winged prototype. After 4 months of testing Samba were happy that the
Superior was everything they had dreamed of.
After a few very small
changes and further testing by Jan Kohout and Jaroslav Tupec the moulds were produced
using CAD-CAM technology.The tooling was made on a 3D professional cutter that works to
0.02 mm precision. The results are really exact moulds.

are of the prototype. Production versions will be arriving in early 2002. As you can see
the aspect ratio, moments and areas look perfect.
